• Please note, the villa is located in a quiet area and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Parties are strictly forbidden at the property.The guest who made the booking is responsible for the appropriate behaviour of other guests staying with them. The establishment has the right to ask any misbehaving guests to leave, with no means of reimbursement. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter and stay at the property.

Swimming Pool Regulations

• All children between 16 and 17 years old, should use the pool only when supervised by a parent-guardian.
• The ownership does not bear any responsibility for incidents/accidents due to parental neglect / unsupervised children.
• Guests are strongly advised to use the pool at least 3 hours after their last meal.
